Having had a powerful experience in therapy myself in my twenties—taking a look at my patterns, tendencies and examining struggles with a therapist—was life-changing for me. It’s what made me want to do this work.

I received my psychology degree from John F. Kennedy University in Pleasant Hill, California and I am licensed to practice in South Dakota and California. Originally from the Midwest, after being away for many years, I am really happy to be back! I really missed the people, the spirit and the way of life.

I have been practicing psychotherapy for nearly ten years and I believe wholeheartedly in its ability to be profound and healing. Although, it’s not always easy and can be challenging, the more we get to know ourselves and transform into our best selves, the more we are able to live an authentic life with the cards we were dealt, and the more joy and fulfillment we will feel.
